Hello, it’s been almost a year for a Black Walls release.  So, I’m proud to announce that Pleasence is releasing a cassette at the end of June beginning of July.  It consists of two songs that were outtakes from LP2 (due fall 2013).  It’ll probably be streamed on a soundcloud and a digital download on my bandcamp.  It’s a bit heavier than anything I’ve done before.  I’m incredibly happy to share them with you.  

The new album is finally complete with very slight mixing to be done.  It’s going to be mastered by James Plotkin (Sunn O))), Earth, Pelican, Khanate, ISIS).  It’s heavier and darker than Acedia, but also very bright.  As the album becomes closer to fruition, I’ll let more details be known.   

I’ll also be drawing the cover again.  I may take some photos as I go along with the artwork.  

This week I’m performing at The Rivoli with Digits and Data Romance.  Tickets are being sold here.
